Like many of us, Arhaan’s wake-up call came from a mix of practicality and honest self-reflection.

“I had a summer wedding coming up and wanted to look good,” he laughs,
“but it was more than that — I was tired of seeing my reflection and wondering how I'd let myself go.”

As a former rugby player and army guy, Arhaan had the fitness pedigree. What he really needed was a fresh start — and the right push. That push came in the form of a personal trainer, claimable training sessions, and a mindset shift: focus on consistency, not perfection.

“I didn’t have a weight goal. I just focused on getting to the gym every day,” he says. “The small weekly goals kept me going. If I missed one, it pushed me harder the next week.”

Cutting out alcohol was tough for a self-described social guy, but the clear-headed weekends made it totally worth it. Giving up sugar? That was even harder.

“I used to put two spoonfuls in my coffee,” he admits. “Now I’ve swapped to Coke Zero when I need something sweet.”

Over time, Arhaan built a set of non-negotiables that keep him on track:

  • 10,000 steps every day

  • 4 litres of water (yes, every day!)

  • Daily workouts — same time, same crew

  • No alcohol (better focus!)

  • Minimal sugar intake (zero sugar please...)

  • And most importantly: quality sleep

“It’s not just about sleeping because you’re tired. It’s about recovery.”
