Rachel wears many hats, and somehow, she makes it look effortless.

But her journey hasn’t been about chasing perfection.

It’s been about building resilience, staying consistent, and proving what’s possible when you commit fully to yourself.

“I was drawn to Hyrox for the challenge,” she shares. “The most rewarding part? Proving to myself what’s possible with consistency, and qualifying for the World Champs has been the icing on the cake.”

Between training, work, and family, Rachel’s schedule is packed, but structured

“I treat training like brushing my teeth. It’s not optional. Routine keeps me going, and so does my support system.”

In her career, Rachel thrives when her clients feel confident and cared for, just like she does in sport

“Whether it’s a project or a race, the key is breaking big goals into manageable steps and staying the course.”

Her mindset shifted even more after becoming a mum;

“I want my daughter to know that women can do anything. And I want my son to say, ‘My mummy beats the boys."

Enter freshpod: Clean, fast and reliable.

With intense training and a full schedule, freshpod has become a staple.

“It’s clean, fast, and reliable, especially when I need fuel between meetings or post-gym. Double protein and those crunchy raisin toppings? Always YES.”

For Rachel, food is no longer restrictive; it’s fuel.

Her biggest lesson? Balance is dynamic, but possible.

“Start small and be kind to yourself. Even 20 minutes of movement can shift your day. But only do it if it brings you joy. That’s where the magic starts.”
