A former Commando Captain, Ironman finisher, and now entrepreneur focused on health and longevity, Jing Zhi’s journey is a masterclass in discipline, self-awareness, and building systems that serve others.
“These paths might seem demanding, but I’ve just been fortunate to pursue what I believed in at different points of my life,” he reflects. “The one constant has been the support of my family, my wife, kids, parents, siblings. They’re the reason I can keep investing energy into things that matter.”

Today, he channels that energy into Allset and Allwin, two ventures built around proactive, sustainable health.
From time-efficient strength training for seniors with medical conditions, to building the world’s most efficient gym model, he’s tackling the gaps most others overlook.
Why?
“Because fitness shouldn’t be reserved for the fit,” he says.
“There’s a lack of senior-focused training, and too many wearables still speak to performance, not prevention. We’re building for longevity.”
Nutrition, for him, follows the same ethos.
“Eat the rainbow. Eat happy. Choose whole foods. Err on the side of ‘enough’ rather than ‘too much.’”
He’s been vegetarian for compassionate reasons, and he walks the talk.
And in a life where every minute is accounted for, between newborn night feeds, team leadership, and product launches, freshpod plays a key role.

“I’m lucky to have a freshpod near where I work. But more than that, it aligns with my mission: making healthy living more accessible. It’s quick, plant-forward, nutrient-dense, and something I genuinely recommend people include in their meal plans.”
Whether he’s training for endurance, guiding his team through a product sprint, or simply showing up for his family, Jing Zhi’s strength lies not in intensity, but in intentionality.
His mantra?
“Be compassionate with yourself, so you can be more compassionate to others. It’s not just about health. It’s about impact.”
