Eating healthy can be Fun and Rewarding!

At NCS Hub, Esmond Sng works as a database administrator in a role that demands sustained focus. Despite full workdays, he trains five days a week, not out of motivation, but discipline.



“Over time it became a habit,” he says. “Gymming helps me destress. It makes me feel in control of my own life.”


For Esmond, health is non negotiable.


“It’s mostly discipline over motivation for me personally. Ultimately it’s for my own health. Health is wealth, always.”


Before freshpod launched at NCS Hub, healthy lunch options onsite were limited. “I wanted to eat healthy in NCS and there were simply no options,” he explains. “Thankfully freshpod is here. The food is really healthy and also super delicious.”

“I loved the fact that there are macros on the receipt,” he notes. “It makes things very straightforward.”
